Before we come into your home.
Can you work with equipment supplied by my employer?
Usually, yes, within the access and policy limits set by the employer. We will not bypass company security controls. For managed laptops, some changes may need the employer’s IT team.
Can you fix unreliable video calls?
We can test the home network, Wi-Fi coverage, docking setup, audio, camera, and competing household traffic. If the issue is with the internet provider or employer VPN, we can help document that clearly.
Do you recommend monitors and docks?
Yes, based on the computer, ports, desk, display needs, and how often the setup changes. The goal is compatibility and a clean daily routine, not a pile of accessories.
Can two people work from home at the same time?
Yes. We assess coverage, capacity, room placement, and wired options so simultaneous calls and file access do not depend on one person staying off the network.
What goes wrong five minutes before a meeting?
