What we handle
Google Workspace connects identity, Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, groups, domains, and collaboration. We can take on the ongoing administration—or contain a defined issue without turning a small problem into an open-ended engagement.
Mail delivery, aliases, shared addresses, Google Groups, Calendar access, Outlook or mobile setup, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and suspicious mailbox behavior.
CommunicationSign-in recovery, two-step verification, administrator roles, user access, device sessions, groups, security alerts, and access review after a suspicious prompt or login.
IdentityMissing files, sharing, ownership transfers, folder structure, external access, sync concerns, Shared Drive design, and supported recovery paths.
FilesCreate or close users, assign licenses, set groups and access, preserve business information, transfer Gmail and Drive ownership, and document what changed.
EmployeesRetired accounts, unmanaged groups, excess super administrators, stale external sharing, unclear ownership, inherited settings, and licenses that no longer fit the business.
CleanupRoutine administration, lifecycle work, security review, documented ownership, vendor coordination, and a known resource for the Workspace environment as it changes.
ManagementA sensible level of support
A defined request stays defined. If the work reveals recurring administration, undocumented dependencies, or a meaningful security concern, we explain the next sensible step clearly—without treating a managed agreement as a condition of help.
Common questions
Yes. A defined Google Workspace issue, employee transition, or cleanup can be handled as scoped one-off work. If the request exposes recurring administration, undocumented dependencies, or material security risk, we will explain why ongoing management may be safer without making it a condition of the initial work.
We can identify legitimate administrators, domain and billing relationships, and Google recovery or support paths. We cannot bypass Google security, impersonate an owner, or take control without documented authorization from the organization.
Sometimes, depending on what was deleted, when it happened, configured retention, backups, licenses, and the actions already taken. Recovery is assessed before promises are made; Workspace retention and sync are not the same as an independent backup.
Yes. Ongoing management can cover administration, employee lifecycle work, security review, documented ownership, and coordination when the environment changes. We can also leave the work as a one-off engagement when that is the better fit.
Yes. Microsoft 365 has its own tenant, identity, email, and collaboration systems, so it has a dedicated support path. We will confirm the right starting point when a business uses both platforms or is considering a migration.
Include the affected user, group, domain, or service without sharing passwords, the exact error, who is affected, what changed, and whether an administrator can still sign in. Call (617) 209-9228 if work is stopped or the situation is time-sensitive.
