What we handle
Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive share identities, permissions, and data. We scope the immediate issue while checking the dependencies that could make a quick change unsafe.
Mail flow, aliases, shared mailboxes, Outlook setup, calendar permissions, delivery errors, DNS, and suspicious mailbox behavior.
ExchangeAccount recovery, multifactor authentication, blocked sign-ins, administrative access, permissions, and security review after a suspicious prompt or login.
IdentityMissing files, sync failures, sharing, guest access, ownership, channel or site structure, and recovery from supported Microsoft retention paths.
CollaborationCreate or close accounts, assign licenses, configure access, preserve business data, transfer ownership, and document what changed.
EmployeesRetired accounts, abandoned groups, excess administrators, stale guests, confusing licenses, old sharing links, and inherited settings that no longer have an owner.
CleanupService-health review, restore options, audit evidence, known-good recovery paths, and a documented case with Microsoft when the issue is inside the platform.
RecoveryA defined engagement
The immediate problem matters, but the change should not create a second one. We document what was found, what changed, and any remaining risk or follow-up.
Common questions
No. A defined Microsoft 365 issue or cleanup can be handled as scoped one-off work. If the request reveals recurring administration, undocumented dependencies, or material security risk, we will explain why an ongoing model may be safer without making it a condition of the initial work.
We can identify legitimate administrators, domains, billing relationships, and Microsoft recovery or support paths. We cannot bypass Microsoft security, impersonate an owner, or take control without documented authorization from the organization.
Sometimes, depending on what was deleted, when it happened, the configured retention, backups, licenses, and the actions already taken. Microsoft 365 sync and retention are not the same as an independent backup, so recovery is assessed before promises are made.
Yes. A single employee transition can be scoped on its own. We confirm the requested access, license, mailbox, groups, files, device implications, ownership transfers, and recovery needs rather than only toggling the account.
Yes. Google Workspace has a dedicated page for ongoing administration and scoped Gmail, Drive, account, access, employee, cleanup, and recovery work. This page remains focused on Microsoft 365 because the two cloud environments require distinct troubleshooting paths.
Include the affected email address or service name without sharing passwords, the exact error, who is affected, what changed, and whether an administrator can still sign in. Call (617) 209-9228 if work is stopped or the situation is time-sensitive.
