The goal is not the most elaborate network. It is stable coverage, appropriate separation, known ownership, and enough documentation to make future changes deliberate.

Often, yes. We first identify the hardware, administrative access, licensing, support status, and whether the existing platform can be maintained safely. UniFi has a separate design page because it is a common planned platform, not because every inherited network must be replaced.
We can assess requirements, mark intended locations, coordinate with building management and qualified low-voltage contractors, and validate the network after cabling is complete. Any licensed or construction-specific work is assigned to the appropriate trade rather than represented as general IT work.
We can determine whether the failure is inside the office, at the provider handoff, or upstream; restore local equipment when appropriate; and coordinate with the ISP using the technical details it needs. We cannot control a provider outage or promise restoration times on the provider’s behalf.
Yes. A contained diagnosis, office change, wireless assessment, or documentation project can stand alone. Ongoing management is useful when the business needs continuing monitoring, configuration ownership, user support, and vendor follow-through.
